You may edit the lineart and content within as long as the following conditions are met:

1. The edits do not add hateful theming or messaging (no homophobia, sexism, racism, ableism, etc)

2. Proper credit is still given for the original base (see "credit" section for definition of acceptable credit)

Unlike the mix-and-match format of the original 2021 version, this new version is a set-species format pack. This means there is 1 complete species per layer. While I know the mix-and-match format was popular with many, working in the set-species format allows for much more accurate anatomy, more attractive stylization, and better organized layouts - since every species is carefully crafted to look it’s best!

That said, you are more than welcome to edit/combine parts from different species/layers to achieve a custom or hybrid look.

If my signature or username stamp appears on a base pack, it may not be removed or erased! You may move it around, but it must stay the same size and remain clearly legible to the viewer

Purchasing a copy of a base pack from me grants the user personal & commercial use of it. This sale is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. When you purchase a copy, you are licensed to use it for both Commercial (for-profit) and Personal usage such as:

• Character designs & adoptables, merchandise, YCHs, fill-ins, ref sheet commissions, etc.

As long as you are coloring in or otherwise using the files as a building block/base to make a new unique piece of art, you may sell the resulting art! The only thing you may NOT do is remove or refuse to give proper credit, or transfer the files in a transparent colorable format (.PNG)

Most of my packs include both .PNG and a .PSD versions neatly packed into a .ZIP file. Most art programs are able to open .PSD files, but if not, the .PNG files included should work with all art programs. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your art program can import PSD or PNG files! Once purchased, NO refunds will be permitted due to your program being unable to import the files.

You may NOT resell or redistribute any of the content from the base pack. This is classified as piracy and theft and will be punished to the full extent of the law. I am not a big company, I am one person who relies on selling base packs and other art to pay my bills and put food on the table.

You may ONLY use this pack if you have purchased your own copy. You may NOT share the files with friends or anyone other than yourself. If you purchase a copy, you are the ONLY person who may hold ownership of that copy. If a friend wants to use the files, they must buy their own copy, OR you can purchase a gift code from my shop.

Each base pack contains uniquely stylized, subjective interpretations of each represented animal species and accessories. Please recognize that art style and artistic interpretation of species/accessories may vary extensively across base packs. If you would like to preview a specific species or accessory from a base pack before purchasing, please reach out to me at covepalms@gmail.com or use the contact form to make your request. By purchasing without previewing, you agree to accept the stylistic interpretations of the contents with no complaint.

Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be permitted after purchase has been completed and files have been downloaded. This is because you already have already downloaded the digital files and there is no way to return them like you could return a physical product.
